Tari Quinn

Tari Quinn joined the firm in 2008. Her areas of practice are family law, estate planning and probate litigation. In family law Tari has experience with dissolutions, parentage actions, child custody, child support, spousal support, pre-marital agreements, post-marital agreements, grandparent visitation and restraining orders. In her estate planning/probate practice that experience includes drafting wills and trusts, conservatorships, trust administration and general probate litigation.

Practice areas include family law, estate planning and real property litigation. Involved in all phases of dissolution proceedings from the filing of the initial petition to the final judgment. High volume client contact as well as litigation including depositions, discovery and expert witness preparation. Active litigation practice includes OSC hearings and long cause / short cause trials. Prepare pleadings, memoranda and supporting documents. Estate planning includes drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney and deeds.
